The Sales Executive is responsible for: 

• Manage customer relationships and drive revenue by selling Lufthansa Cargo solutions
• Optimize flight planning to maximize profitability
• Process accurate bookings and provide timely quotations
• Support charter and joint venture sales activities
• Maintain and update CRM data
• Help acquire new business and support the sales team in meeting annual targets
• Collaborate with Outside Sales during customer visits
• Share spanet insights to strengthen competitive position

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements: 

• Degree holder in any discipline
• 1-2 years cargo sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent is preferred 
• Good Command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
• Advanced IT knowledge, preferably MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
• Shift work is required (including Saturdays and Public Holidays)
