As a Customer Sales Representative at Propel Aviation Sales and Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication with customers whose aircraft are undergoing service.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Communicating with Customers: Serve as the primary contact for customers requiring aircraft maintenance services. Keep customers informed about maintenance status, including any delays or changes. Deliver a proactive, personalized service experience to private and business aviation clientele.
- Providing Cost Estimates: Researching parts as needed to complete repairs. Generate accurate cost estimates for maintenance services. Explain the cost breakdown and potential additional charges.
- Scheduling Maintenance: Coordinate with customers to schedule maintenance appointments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Provide clear instructions for drop-off, pick-up, and preparatory steps.
- Addressing Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via various channels. Provide comprehensive answers about procedures, timelines, and pricing.
- Coordinating with Maintenance Teams: Liaise with maintenance technicians to ensure customer requirements are met. Communicate customer instructions and facilitate collaboration.
- Resolving Issues: Act as a mediator in resolving customer concerns. Listen to feedback, address complaints promptly, and uphold service quality standards.
- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of all customer communications. Update customer profiles for efficient follow-up.
- Promoting Additional Services: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on customer needs. Provide information about service packages, promotions and programs, and upgrades.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Invoicing/Collections After maintenance services are rendered, you'll be responsible for creating and sending invoices to clients.
- Work closely with pilots, crews, and fellow employees.
- Assist pilots and passengers with a variety of needs, as well as record guests’ needs in a professional manner.
- Maintain a neat work area at all times, including the front desk and lobby.
- Effectively communicating via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
