Position Summary

Flightline Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process for both new and pre-owned aircraft within our respective sales territories in the Southeastern U.S. The ideal candidate is a results-driven aviation professional with a strong sales acumen and a deep technical understanding of aircraft.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and build a strong network of contacts within the aviation community and high-net-worth individual sphere.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, client needs assessments, presentations, negotiations, and final contract preparation.
  • Conduct aircraft demonstrations in flight, effectively communicating features, performance capabilities, and safety factors to potential buyers.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients, matching their specific needs with suitable new or pre-owned aircraft options.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements to serve as a trusted industry expert.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track all sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Travel extensively as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and manage sales opportunities across the region.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services and comprehensive after-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Pilot Certification: Must hold a current FAA Commercial Pilot License and Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI) rating.
  • Flight Experience: A minimum of 1,000 hours of documented flight time.
  • Proven Sales Background: Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or high-end client relationship management is required. Prior aircraft sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Aviation Knowledge: Deep technical understanding of various aircraft types, specifications, and performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex transactions and client needs.
  • Professionalism: High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential, ideal for a driven individual with the expertise to excel in a high-value, low-volume sales cycle.

Location

The specific location is still to be determined, but this position will be based in a remote office located within our sales region (not in Tallahassee).
