Job Title: Training CoordinatorJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to assess, design, and implement training programs across various departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with managers to ensure all training requirements are up-to-date and fulfilled, leveraging their knowledge of Microsoft O365 and other tools.
1st shift Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs for all departments.
- Design and develop training programs tailored for different departments.
- Schedule training sessions and update training materials as necessary.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure training requirements are current and completed.
- Utilize Microsoft O365 to facilitate training processes.
- Source third-party training providers as needed.
- Record all training activities using the Covalent application.
- Ensure all certifications are updated and renewed timely.
- Maintain records for on-the-job training.
- Develop training programs specifically for new shop floor operators.
Essential Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in administrative support.
- Knowledge of indoc procedures.
- Familiarity with FAA documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in training and facilitating training programs.
- Experience with FAA documentation and compliance.

Work Environment
This role will be based in a training facility and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment. You will have access to the latest tools and technologies to perform your duties effectively.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00
