Partnerships Executive
easyJet is looking for an ambitious Partnerships Executive to help shape and deliver our partnerships strategy across Inflight Retail suppliers. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, Marketing, and In-Flight Retail Teams, this role is key to aligning campaigns with our commercial growth strategy as we aim to create an inflight retail experience worth talking about and achieve £100m profit per annum by 2026. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns with industry-leading brands, developing bespoke activations to maximise commercial income and help us hit our ambitious targets.
What you’ll be doing:
As Partnerships Executive, you’ll support the Partnerships Manager in securing, delivering, and evaluating partnerships, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. You’ll provide best-in-class partnership management, building strong relationships with external stakeholders to develop impactful multi-channel campaigns. The role involves managing seamless delivery of partnership activities, aligning with marketing and retail strategies to grow our partner offering. You’ll help identify and establish the right partners to achieve easyJet’s long-term revenue and brand aspirations while ensuring our partner propositions align with broader commercial, brand, and customer strategies. Additionally, you’ll monitor market trends, analyse data for insights, and support the Proposition team with ad hoc initiatives.
What you’ll need to do the role:
We’re looking for a highly organised individual with experience thriving in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities, and meeting deadlines. Ideally, you’ll have a background in partnerships, media, or marketing and a strong understanding of customer insights and impactful actions. You’ll have excellent project management and multitasking skills, alongside proven experience managing internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain effective relationships. Strong financial and contracting process management, outstanding administration skills, and attention to detail are essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to adapt your style for different stakeholders, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint complete your skill set.
