Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to organize and schedule training sessions for the site, ensuring all team members receive necessary and up-to-date training information.• Support the learning operations team in managing relationships with vendors,including communication, coordination, and follow-up on deliverables.• Compile, analyze, and manage various operational reports to support decisionmaking processes.• Support the execution of different engagement and development initiatives formultiple teams.• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface betweensupplier and GE Aerospace.• Work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure all operations adhere to government regulations and company policies.• Orientation to processes, records, and regulations to manage, track and record-keep training records in compliance with Federal Mexican labor laws.• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operationalefficiency and effectiveness.• Make the analysis of different metrics and data to identify potential opportunity areas.• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Learning Operations Leader.
Requirements and Qualifications• Undergraduate student currently enrolled (preferably in their 3rd ) in a Bachelors program in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or otherrelated fields.• Strong communications skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.• Driver for continuous learning and growth, high energy and passion.• Innovation and creativity: Proactiveness and problem solver.• Sense of responsibility, accountability and customer-driven.• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)• Analytical ability and resilience to change.Desired Characteristics• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes.• Attention to detail and data quality
