Manage the assigned leisure portfolio by implementing plans that support Emirates? commercial goals. Develop and deliver customer-focused, outbounds products and services, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to business growth through effective execution and stakeholder engagement.
- -Support the development and implementation of leisure business plans that respond to spanet needs and align with Emirates? commercial objectives.
- -Drive leisure sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging spanet trends and competitor insights to refine tactics and improve performance.
- -Gather and analyze customer and spanet data to inform product development and sales strategies that enhance commercial outcomes.
- -Collaborate with commercial teams to design and launch leisure products that meet customer expectations and reinforce Emirates? brand positioning.
- -Build and maintain strategic relationships with tourism boards and tour operators to ensure product relevance, quality, and competitiveness in spanets where EK Holidays has no presence or does not currently operate.
- -Manage group travel from assigned region in collaboration with Revenue Optimization and local teams to ensure efficient policy application and maximise seat utilization.
- -Represent Emirates at industry events and meetings to promote the business and identify new commercial opportunities.
- -Monitor key performance metrics including sales, partner engagement, and customer feedback, using insights to continuously improve processes and offerings.
Qualification- Degree or Honours in a relevant field (e.g. business, travel and tourism)
- Experience in Travel / Tourism, experience in management capacity is a plus;
- Strong general management and a well-developed sense of commercial acumen;
- Previous experience and/or awareness of the Emirates network or leisure spanet in the travel / aviation industry would be advantageous
Knowledge/skills:
- Proven communication, negotiation and influencing skills;
- Proven track record of strategic planning and delivery;
- Excellent people management skills would be advantageous
