Requirements and Qualifications
• University degree in construction technology, installation engineering, property management, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in technical property management or construction project management
• Solid technical understanding of building envelope systems and ventilation/HVAC, as well as maintenance planning
• Experience setting requirements and evaluating performance of external suppliers and FM partners
• Proven ability to independently lead and deliver technical projects
• Ability to obtain an approved security clearance (Swedavia/Transportstyrelsen)
Meritorious
• Experience working in airport, transport, or infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of FM agreements and supplier management
• Familiarity with Nordic construction regulations and standards (PBL, BBR, AFS)
• Project management certification (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent)
