Shift: 2nd ShiftSchedule:
Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Position OverviewThe Mechanical Assembler will build high-pressure regulators and precision metal components from start to finish in a cleanroom environment. This role requires strong mechanical assembly experience, the ability to read blueprints and work instructions, and comfort working in full cleanroom attire throughout the shift. Products support semiconductor manufacturing and must meet strict quality and cleanliness standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical AssemblyAssemble regulators and related components using blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
Build complete assemblies from kits, averaging 20–30 units per day
Use hand tools, torque wrenches, lubricants, and assembly equipment to complete builds
Apply proper torque requirements up to 150 ft/lbs
Testing & QualityPerform helium leak testing and functional testing of completed assemblies
Inspect parts and finished products for defects such as scratches, dents, or inconsistencies
Ensure all products meet quality and performance standards
Cleanroom ProductionFollow all cleanroom protocols and procedures at all times
Wear full cleanroom attire for the duration of the shift
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and contamination control standards
Packaging & DocumentationPackage finished products according to cleanroom and shipping requirements, including vacuum-sealed packaging
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Maintain traceability and compliance with customer and regulatory standards
Performance ExpectationsConsistent production output of 20–30 completed assemblies per day
High-quality workmanship with minimal defects or rework
Strict adherence to cleanroom, safety, and production procedures
Accurate documentation and attention to detail
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED
Minimum 1–2 years of mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
Experience building products from start to finish using hand tools and torque tools
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment for the entire shift
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs
Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident due to regulatory requirements
