Station Manager overview:
The Station Manager is responsible for the assigned operations station, the Amazon fleet operations and passenger operations. Perform all duties regarding direct supervision of Line Mx vendor, OAL and Sun Country maintenance personnel. Prepare reports concerning pertinent aspects of the aircraft maintenance operation, and for identification of problems requiring special attention. Conduct all maintenance and related tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state, and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines.
Essential roles and responsibilities of a Station Manager:

- Oversee Line Maintenance operations at the station assigned. Be the liaison between customer and SCA in matters of delays, labor, line maintenance, safety, and general fleet questions.
- Manage local Amazon maintenance vendors. Communication with stations to include training, records, materials (tooling, parts, inventory audits), labor, and planning departments for day-to-day operational needs.
- Responsible for hiring Maintenance Station Supervisors or SCA mechanics at assigned station.
- Management, direction, and supervision of all location maintenance.
- Management of station budgets pertaining to labor, facilities, and equipment.
- Responsible for local hiring and scheduling of vendor and seasonal maintenance staff depending on need and ensure flight schedules have adequate maintenance coverage.
- Responsible for technician scheduling.
- May require regional involvement in other stations as needed.
- Develop procedures to maintain compliance and increase efficiency.
- Provide local interface with the Amazon MOC/NCC on behalf of Tech Ops when required
- Any other duties assigned by management

Working Location: This position is open in Cincinatti, OH
Supervisory Responsibility: Responsible for all maintenance operations at outstation
The qualifications we are looking for in a Station Manager include:
- FAA Certified Airframe & Powerplant License
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to read and decipher contractual agreements.
- Ability to read minds and predict the future.
