What you'll bring to the team
You should be an experienced lawyer, either in the UK or with an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you possess corporate and commercial contracting expertise. Your in-house experience, whether gained directly or through client secondments, is a key asset. You excel at understanding the commercial landscape, effectively cutting through complexities to identify core issues and prioritize tasks. Multitasking is a strength, allowing you to manage competing priorities and intricate scenarios. You're proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments, often taking the initiative to resolve challenges. Building strong relationships is your forte, with a history of earning trust and openness from others.
You're unafraid to express your views but also highly respectful of differing perspectives, consistently acting in the best interests of easyJet. You're comfortable in an informal, open-plan office setting, and your passion for easyJet, its brand, values, and commitment to operational excellence and customer experience, shines through. Location & Hours of Works
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
