We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Safety Program Manager to champion a “Safety First” culture across our Customer Service Center (CSC) operations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with airline customers and internal teams to develop a world-class ramp working environment where safety, service excellence, and client centricity go hand-in-hand. You’ll design and implement programs that promote safety ownership, provide impactful training, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
