We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Product Capabilities Team within the Digital Portfolio Office (DPO) as a Program Manager, Product Capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible maximizing the Portfolio value generation by improving our Enterprise Product practice. This includes identifying resource and skill gaps, creating and running upskill efforts and building knowledge resources. This position interacts with stakeholders across the Company at different levels of adoption and maturity, so adaptability and ability to build a community is crucial

Responsibilities:

  • Resource Gap Identification: Assess product talent and identify impact, value and propose solutions for product talent resourcing needs across the enterprise through partnerships with business and IT leaders.
  • Talent KPIs/OKRs: Define and measure product owner Talent KPIs/OKRs to optimize effectiveness.
  • Customer and Market Insight: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, spanet trends, and industry developments to inform product strategy and vision.
  • Deployment Strategies: Strategize and execute deployment strategies for the efficient use of our product owners.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry developments to identify new opportunities for innovation.
  • Upskilling Programs: Create and deliver training programs and workshops to evolve and mature the product practice across the enterprise.
  • Executive Presentations: Present insights, strategies, and plans to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
  • Community Building: Design and implement an enterprise community for product talent to share best practices, resources, and foster collaboration across the organization. Provide guidance and support to other product talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience in product ownership/management or experience building a product talent
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development, including design, engineering, and go-to-spanet strategies.
  • Proven experience in developing and launching digital products that have achieved significant traction and business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
  • Expertise with agile development methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling enterprise-level projects or programs and large-scale product deployments.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experiences.
