The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Lead for our Connectivity team within the I&O Platforms division. As a Platform Lead, you will be end-to-end accountable for delivering efficient infrastructure services and operations that are critical to the smooth execution of business processes at easyJet. This includes overseeing our Connectivity Platform, which connects devices to our IT services and the internet, playing a pivotal role in our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adoption Management: Lead technology change management, user training, support, and communication.
- Architecture Management: Shape and oversee the design and architecture of the Connectivity Platform, ensuring security, compliance, and integration.
- Data Management: Maintain high standards of data quality and stewardship.
- Engineering Management: Drive engineering efforts, reliability, and performance enhancements.
- Leadership Management Develop and manage the Platform team, fostering talent and ensuring effective team performance.
- IT Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Manage technology and delivery risks, ensuring robust disaster recovery and compliance.
- Service Integration Management: Oversee service design, transition, and continuity.
- Strategy & Planning Management: Develop and advocate for long-term Platform strategies that align with easyJet’s overall objectives.
