Job Description:


The Manager Customer Relationship Management is responsible for the strategy, development, and maintenance of the company’s entire CRM system for the company’s sales, marketing, and aftermarket teams. Success in this role is dependent upon the leader’s ability to recruit, train, develop, and lead a team by working effectively with Sales Leaders, Senior Company Leaders, the Marketing team, and IT professionals across the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Leads the CRM team in research, development, and implementation of appropriate data systems that lead to improved business performance and achievement of overall business goals.

· Aligns and directs the management, development, and integration of workflow and business process flows for supporting the mission, vision, strategies, objectives, and goals of the Sales and Marketing teams.

· Provides direct leadership in designing and recommending appropriate CRM approaches and methodology to address key issues within the business.

· Oversees the teams that build, maintain, and improve the existing business process, business intelligence and CRMs tools across the department and across the business.

· Ensures that team efforts support the overall strategic vision and goals of the organization and links with other similar teams in other parts of the business.

· Work with Leadership teams across the business to ensure projects are accurately prioritized and implemented.

· Lead strategy for CRM roadmaps

· Develop and conduct training to sales and marketing staff on data and resources available through the CRM systems

· Provide guidance to sales and marketing leadership team using data available through SalesForce.com

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science/Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration or other technical field

· Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or another technical field preferred.

· Minimum 7 years of CRM systems or equivalent experience

· Experience in data science, analytics, or similar technical fields.

· Experience with visualization and exploratory analysis tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Professional and diplomatic demeanor

· Ability to lead and develop team members and promote cross-functional collaboration within a team.

· Proven track record in establishing/maintaining great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Ability to manage several projects concurrently

· Adaptable and fast moving with the ability to maintain project momentum in the face of change

· Self-starter that works well in a team environment

· Understanding of the CRM systems purpose

· Understanding of current CRM, Analytics and Data Modeling methods

· SalesForce experience preferred

· Proven experience leading project or platform development teams
