Job Description:

Lufthansa Cargo AG, based in Frankfurt am Main, is a subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa AG and is one of the worlds leading airfreight companies. Around 4,150 employees serve a network of around 300 destinations in over 100 countries. The main hub is Frankfurt, where cargo aircraft, passenger aircraft capacities and truck connections are used.

Tasks

Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies
Analysis and optimization of sales channels and processes
Collaboration with stations and sales teams to increase sales results
Performance analyses of the stations in the DACH region
Identifying potential and deriving recommendations for action
Preparation of management reports and presentations
Support with pricing strategies
Analysis of spanet and competitive data to optimize revenue strategies
Collaboration on projects to increase revenue and profitability
Support with the introduction of digital process automation
Collaboration on AI projects to increase efficiency
Collaboration with IT to implement innovative technologies
Support with workshops on data-driven insights

Requirements

Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a related degree program
Analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
Interest in sales and spaneting topics
Initial experience in the field of digitalization and automation is an advantage
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Independent and structured way of working
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
