Description: You will be the IT&E Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Team Lead for Lockheed Martin. Our team is responsible for managing the test and integration of advanced HWIL subsystems, developing and integrating real-time, closed-loop systems for IR and RF sensor stimulation.
What You Will Be Doing
As the IT&E HWIL Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and integration of complex HWIL simulation subsystems, supporting customer HWIL facilities, and leading a team of engineers across multiple disciplines to drive innovation and excellence..
Your responsibilities will include:
• Oversight of subcontractors and integration of HWIL simulation subsystems
• Sensor analyses support for HWIL, modeling, and simulation
• Transitioning sensor test capabilities to closed-loop, real-time testing
• Roadmap development and coordination with IRAD and Evolutionary Development Branch
• Liaison and POC for USG HWIL Counterparts
• Planning and conducting pre-flight data reviews

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or STEM-related, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience integrating and testing IR and RF Sensors
• Experience with IR & RF test equipment such as: Target Generation systems
• Experience in Team Leadership and Cost Account Management (CAM)
• Experience in Subcontractor Supplier Management
• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Master’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience using RF Test Equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes
• Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process including working through System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR)
• Experience integrating real-time models into a closed-loop simulation
• Experience simulating Datalink, GPS and Firing Module Simulators
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
