Job Description:

The Emirates Employee Recognition team, located at Emirates Airline & Group’s headquarters in Dubai, is dedicated to fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition across the organisation. Our team leads the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive global recognition strategy aimed at celebrating the achievements and contributions of our diverse workforce.


 

As the HR Manager, Employee Recognition, you will lead the implementation of the overall strategy. Leading a dynamic and creative team of employee recognition specialists, you will plan and manage projects which drive the vision and strategic approach, maximising return on investment and employee engagement. You will shape and drive a culture of appreciation and acknowledgment, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.

 

 

In this role you will:



  • Create and implement a comprehensive global recognition strategy aligned with company values and goals and lead a team of recognition specialists, driving innovation and performance.

  • Develop a robust framework to support the overall strategy. Manage large-scale, global programmes ensuring structured delivery and governance.

  • Manage a centralised recognition programme budget, ensuring efficient resourcing of rewards.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to enhance awareness and participation in the recognition programmes.

  • Lead and design corporate events focussed on employee recognition with key stakeholders, covering NAJM, IdeasHub, Long Service Awards, Chairman’s Award, Excellence Awards and Sports Clubs.

  • Use technology and data analytics to measure the effectiveness of recognition programmes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Build a network of external recognition experts to ensure awareness of good practice, current and future trends.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

  • Excellent Project Management skills and demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Budget management experience



 


You’ll have an edge if you have:



  • Project Management qualification/s

  • Presentation skills, experience presenting information to senior leaders

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • HR experience, ideally within rewards or recognition
