Role Summary As the General Manager , you will oversee multiple Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) production locations across Europe, including the Netherlands and Lithuania. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality services while fostering a culture of engagement, safety, and compliance. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to drive operational and financial success.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Define and direct the vision and goals for multiple production sites.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement actionable site roadmaps, ensuring resources and processes support smooth operations.
- Employee Engagement: Oversee workforce planning, employee evaluations, and succession planning to build a motivated and engaged team.
- Customer Relations: Act as a primary liaison with clients, local authorities, and industry stakeholders.
- Business Development: Translate strategic objectives into tactical growth plans and identify new opportunities.
- Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics, oversee budget preparation, and evaluate operational and financial outcomes.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement standard policies to ensure adherence to legislation and foster a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For- Educational Background: Strong academic foundation with proven success in similar roles.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Polish is a plus.
