In TUI Nordic we have great ambitions for our dynamic product and your main task as a Dynamic Product Trading Lead is to deliver sales according to financial targets and budget. To achieve this, you need to have the greater picture as well as an eye for details and coach a team to deliver at their best! The growth ambition of the product creates a high pace environment, and you constantly have several tasks and projects ongoing simultaneously. In one end you are part of the launch process of getting holiday destinations up for sale, moving on to optimizing sales strategies during constantly changing circumstances and finishing up with looking back the season and take on learnings into the next. With as much as three seasons on sale simultaneously, there are constantly opportunities to grab and obstacles to tackle.
Your dedicated team is there to act according to sales strategies you, together with key stakeholders, put in place. You need to be a star at setting priorities for the team, a good storyteller to explain the path forward and create mutual understanding of how to achieve the goals! The IT environment is complex and one important part of the chain, our yield system, is reliant on your expertise and knowledge as it plays an important role in the product life cycle. Therefore you need to enjoy working with IT related matters and easily understand how systems work together and data flowing from one part to another. As a Dynamic Product Trading Lead you work closely with Sales Managers in our four spanets, the Product teams and the Finance team. You are part of a great leadership team that is responsible for delivering the financial result and balance the risks with the opportunities.

ABOUT YOUPost-secondary education or with relevant analytical background or working experience
Experience from the travel industry or hotel spanet is preferred
Strong analytical skills
Good excel knowledge
Strong decision-making skills
Independent and enjoy working in a fast paced, target driven environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Other Nordic language is a plus
