- Technical management of the Subject Matter Experts team for basic and advanced training on the focus topics of hospitality, service & product
- Ensuring high-quality training content and training documents (compliance with training standards and quality requirements)
- Coordinating the content between the individual training modules and implementing modern training methods
- Collaboration in various training development projects on hospitality topics within the Group Aviation Training network
- Active and regular communication with stakeholders

Requirements
You have experience in adult education and see the training and development of cabin crews as a key factor in the success of LH Group Airlines. Training or further training in the hospitality sector and / or experience as a flight attendant rounds off your profile.
- Experience in the field of training development, as well as specialist knowledge and experience in the hospitality sector
- Interest in project management tasks and organizational skills
- Good IT application skills (MS Office) and interest in future-oriented digital training solutions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with different departments and partners
- Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
- Flexible and agile mindset with an openness to creative solutions
- Experience as a flight attendant or maître de cabine/purser an advantage
