We are seeking YOU – ACCOUNT MANAGER Social Media – to oversee and elevate the strategic management of our social media presence, ensuring seamless collaboration, outstanding client satisfaction, and impactful digital communication across channels reaching millions of users.

What you’ll do:

• Steer social media and campaign projects from briefing to final “landing”, including timelines, budgets, and presentations.
• Manage always-on communication across channels with solid social media know-how.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate creators, ensuring smooth contracting and invoicing.
• Organize content productions and ensure seamless collaboration between clients and production teams.
• Create reports and documentation.
• Advise clients in their daily business with strong reporting, analysis, scheduling, and presentation skills.
• Act as a trusted partner for your clients, guiding brands safely through any “turbulence”.
• Coordinate with external partners and agencies, keeping multiple projects on track.
• Work confidently with PowerPoint, Excel, and new digital trends.

 What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Initial experience in project management, ideally within digital spaneting or a creative environment.
• Solid understanding of digital spaneting and social media platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and keep deadlines on track.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
