Test Cell Technician
Job Description:

Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of Rolls Royce Tay, PW V2500 and CFM56-5B/7B engines
  • Performs safe operation of the engine under test
  • Completes routine maintenance of the test cell (oil changes, fuel fill, etc.)
  • Calibrates test cell measurement equipment
  • Calibrates test cell measurement equipment
  • Posts processing of test data• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties
  • Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
  • Detects errors and correct through proper departmental channels
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements

Requirements
