BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of experience with press brake operations
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of professional experience running a waterjet and/or a laser cutter
- Ability to meet daily/weekly production needs with critical time schedules
- Ability to read blueprints and complete basic shop math
- Knowledge of sheet metal k factors and its application
- Ability to hold close tolerances on sheet metal parts per engineering drawings
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical effort including standing, lifting, and carrying equipment up to 25 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to work all required shift hours, estimated shift hours; 1st Shift: 6:30AM to 4:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 3:30PM to 2:00AM, overtime and/or weekends as needed

Pay range:
Sheet Metal Development Technician/Level 1: $22.00 - $29.00/hour
Sheet Metal Development Technician/Level 2: $27.00 - $34.50/hour
Sheet Metal Development Technician/Level 3: $32.00 - $40.00/hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
