Someone that can do the floor inspection and the paperwork (log entries, 337, all the return to service requirements).

An Aviation Quality Inspector ensures aircraft, components, and maintenance procedures comply with FAA regulations and safety standards. They inspect repair work, verify maintenance documentation, calibrate tools, and authorize aircraft to return to service. Key requirements usually include an A&P license and extensive maintenance experience.
