Keep Production Running at Its Best
We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.
Pay Rate: $30-$50 an hr
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Reliability
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment such as presses, chillers, compressors, and filtration systems
Conduct condition monitoring (vibration, thermal imaging, oil analysis)
Use CMMS (SAP, eMaint, etc.) to document and manage work orders
Troubleshooting & Repair
Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment (Allen Bradley, Siemens preferred)
Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, and pneumatic systems
Perform mechanical repairs and root cause analysis
Installation & Systems Support
Assist with equipment installation and commissioning
Maintain utilities including HVAC, compressed air, and water systems
Perform general facility maintenance as needed
Safety & Documentation
Follow LOTO, Arc Flash, and safety procedures
Maintain accurate maintenance records and update documentation
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
QualificationsRequired:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Preferred:
Technical degree or certifications (PLC, HVAC, electrical)
CMMS experience and knowledge of lean manufacturing

Pay Details: $30.00 to $49.00 per hour
