Maintenance Tech – Fabricator
📍 Location: Pine Grove, OH
🕒 Schedule: Day Shift Hours between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
💲 Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Build, Fabricate, and Keep Production MovingWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech – Fabricator to join our team. This role supports plant operations by performing fabrication work, completing scheduled maintenance, supporting safety initiatives, and providing limited mechanical repairs to improve equipment reliability and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:Put safety first in all situations and support site safety initiatives
Support fabrication projects and perform minimal reactive mechanical repairs
Complete assigned preventive and scheduled maintenance tasks
Support equipment installations, modifications, and retrofits
Fabricate components and perform limited equipment repairs
Identify and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors and plant leadership
Assist with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts to reduce repeat failures
Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems
Track and record:
Perform inspections in accordance with quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment using 5S practices
Operate mobile equipment including forklifts and personnel lifts
Use fabrication and maintenance tools including:
Qualifications:Welding certification required
Minimum 3+ years of MIG and Stick welding experience
Welding skills validated during interview process
Experience with fabrication equipment and industrial maintenance tools
Ability to perform limited mechanical repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for work documentation
Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently
Tools & Equipment Provided:We provide the tools needed for success, including:
Specialty tools specific to equipment
Calibration-required measurement tools
General and position-specific PPE
Equipment required to support maintenance activities
Note: Personal/offsite equipment is not permitted onsite without approval from Plant Technical Manager and HR.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
