- Associate Degree or equivalent years experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in the airline industry, preferably with wide-body aircraft heavy maintenance and/or line maintenance planning experience
- Airframe and Powerplant License is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to read wiring diagrams, structural repair manuals, maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogs
- Must demonstrate behavior that portrays the Company core values of Safety, Respect, Trust, Collaboration, Value, and Passion while communicating with personnel and business partners acting on behalf of the Company
- Ability to work flexible shifts, travel and/or work variable hours including holiday and weekends
- Demonstrated knowledge of maintaining EXCEL, TRAX or other planning type software systems
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast paced work environment and to work under time-constraints, operational pressure and deadlines
- Show strong aircraft maintenance knowledge (understand and explain maintenance tasks)
- Critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
