Join our team as an AOG Mechanic, working primarily at the OnSite Aircraft Maintenance location. You will perform maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate and private aircrafts both in the hangar and on the road during AOG rotations. Your role may also include floating to other locations to work on commercial and GA aircraft as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate and private aircrafts in the hangar and on the road during AOG rotations.
- Float to other company locations to work on commercial aircraft (Allegiant at MidAmerica Airport) or GA aircraft (flight school) as needed.
- Participate in a weekly on-call/AOG rotation with the rest of the staff.
- Handle all project management for the projects you are attached to, either in the hangar or on the road.
- Provide updates to all parties on maintenance progress.
- Communicate with passengers, owners, maintenance control teams, and other individuals associated with getting the plane back in the air when on call or traveling.
Essential Skills- A&P certification
- 3+ years of AOG experience
- Experience communicating directly with corporate flight departments, maintenance controllers, and customers to provide project updates.
- Excellent written and documentation skills exceeding standard log books to ensure comprehensive project storytelling through documentation and verbal updates.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with corporate/private airframes strongly preferred.
- Experience with Stephens, West Star MRT, Gulfstream Fast, Jet East, Net Jets, Flex Jet would be ideal.

Work Environment
The work schedule includes a weekly 7 on/7 off on-call rotation for travel, weekend work, and after-hours work. When not on call, standard hours in the hangar are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility as needed. The company has a strong focus on quality and return-to-service turnaround time. You will travel within a roughly 300-mile radius, including cities such as Chicago, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Nashville, Little Rock, and Des Moines. When traveling for AOG calls, you will work as part of a team with another mechanic. Note that the work environment is non-climate controlled.
