As an APU Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and test aircraft components, including the removal and reinstallation of all sub-components. You will receive technical guidance as needed from your supervisor or higher-level technicians.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and test aircraft components and piece parts as per the repair station manual.
• Apply technical knowledge of aircraft components to identify equipment malfunctions.
• Utilize your expertise to restore equipment condition and operation.
• Solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints and manufacturer’s manuals.
• Make entries in work order documentation for work performed.
• Perform additional duties as needed and assigned.
• Understand and perform functions in accordance with FAA, EASA, AS9110, and ISO9001 Standards.

• Experience as a Bench Technician, Repair Technician, Hydraulics Technician, or Accessories Technician.
• Proficiency in APU troubleshooting, modifications, installation, disassembly, and assembly.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with A&P, electrical, and hydraulics.

• 36-150 APU Series experience preferred.
• Minimum of four years of recent experience in the repair, modification, maintenance, overhaul, and testing of APU components.
• A&P license is a plus but not required.
• Experience using blueprints and repair manuals.

The pay range for this position is $79040.00 - $89440.00

hourly rate is between $38-$43 dollars an hour depending on the experience, Company also offers paid holidays and 3 weeks of PTO.
