Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift Information: This is a variable shift position. Shift assignment will be determined at the time of hire based on business needs. The selected candidate will remain on the assigned shift until a re-evaluation is required.

Summary:
Perform flight test installations and aircraft functional testing
Assist in troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to isolate mechanical and/or electrical/electronic faults and support repair of faulty components
Assist with pre-flight and post-flight checks and perform maintenance and modification actions
Resolve identified issues during operation and testing of deliverable products
Verify accuracy of work performed and conduct self-inspections as required
Assist in performing system and subsystem pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery
Participate in determining assignment details to accomplish a wide range of objectives
Plan, schedule, and coordinate assigned activities with guidance from team leads; work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives
Demonstrate professional workplace behaviors and adherence to organizational standards
Requirements:
Education and experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma or GED) and typically 1+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational training or Associate degree).
Ability to work any shift, including days, nights, and weekends
Minimum 6 months of avionics and/or electrical experience
Minimum 6 months of experience working with live aircraft systems and flight operations
Minimum 6 months of experience and/or knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention and risk mitigation
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
