Job Details:
Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary:
Process, verify, track, and store materials and supplies.
Conduct inventory audits, resolve discrepancies, and report damage.
Assemble and prepare parts kits, including hazardous materials.
Stock and issue parts, tools, and sealers per procedural standards.
Perform shipping, receiving, and inspecting of materials.
Operate vehicles, forklifts, overhead cranes, and barcode scanners.
Fabricate containers and prepare materials for shipment.
Input and retrieve inventory data using computer systems.
Maintain records of requisitions, picking instructions, and schedules.
Analyze production schedules to ensure material availability.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, tool control, and FOD regulations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
Support problem-solving efforts for material quality and cost challenges.
This role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring compliance in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
3+ years in computer-based inventory or warehouse management systems.
2-3 years of stockroom or tool crib procedures.
1+ years managing government property (acquisition, inventory, contract closeout).
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with warehouse equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and occasional 2-person lifts for heavier items.
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and reaching overhead.
Work in confined spaces, elevated platforms, and noisy environments.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to support rotating shifts.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with hazardous material handling and shipping regulations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Knowledge of government property management processes, including disposition.
