Keep Production Moving—Play a Key Role in a High-Performance Aerospace OperationPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Production/Inventory Coordinator to support one of the most respected names in the aerospace industry. In this essential role, you will help maintain the steady flow of materials and parts throughout production—ensuring accuracy, reducing delays, and supporting on-time delivery for critical aerospace programs.
Your work will have a direct impact on keeping manufacturing and assembly operations running smoothly every day.
What You’ll DoMove and process production materials into and out of storage, staging, and production areas.
Monitor work-in-process and report on material status using both automated systems and manual methods.
Communicate part availability and identify potential shortages to prevent production delays.
Analyze issues with parts or materials and resolve discrepancies to maintain system and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities.
Support inventory flow under close supervision while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ensure regular, reliable attendance to meet production schedules.
Required QualificationsAbility to operate a forklift (training provided) and lift up to 35 pounds.
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SQL and data modeling/visualization tools such as Tableau.
High school diploma or GED.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred SkillsPrior experience in production, inventory, warehousing, or material handling environments.
Exposure to manufacturing or aerospace operations is beneficial.

Pay Details: $21.10 per hour
