Are you a skilled Machinist looking for an exciting new opportunity? Honeywell Aerospace in Joo Koon, Singapore is seeking a motivated and experienced Machinist to join our team. As a Machinist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our aerospace manufacturing operations by producing high-quality precision parts using various machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

•         Set up and operate CNC machines and other machining equipment to produce precision parts according to specifications.

•         Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining operations and requirements.

•         Perform tool changes, adjustments, and machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and accurate production.

•         Monitor the machining process, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.

•         Perform inspections using various measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet required specifications.

•         Collaborate with other team members, engineers, and quality control personnel to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.

•         Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to create a safe working environment.

•         Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a well-organized and efficient production environment.

MUST HAVE:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or apprenticeship in machining is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Machinist, operating and programming CNC machines (CNC Turning, CNC Milling - Siemens Controller, CNC Lathe, CNC TurnMill, Manual/Cylindrical Grinding)
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with various machining tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
