As an ISC Materials Management lead here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for guiding and managing the end-to-end materials management operations, ensuring seamless integration and coordination between different work teams. This includes activities such as demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize materials management efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.

In this role, you will impact supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure on-time service delivery to customers, optimize inventory, and play a critical role in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and manage the end-to-end materials management operations, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize materials management efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Monitor and analyze materials management performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
