Assembly/Parts Coordinator

Job Description:

HQ Aero is currently recruiting for ASSEMBLY/PARTS COORDINATOR in BRIDGEPORT, WV

Responsibilities:
As an Assembly/Parts Coordinator, you will be required to:

Track/drive processes critical to the assembly and test areas.
Coordinate parts, consumables and non-product material movements.
Support all continuous improvement, quality and E&HS operations initiatives and policies to meet company goals.
Perform all other related duties as assigned and refer team challenges to the Supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Requires understanding of related fields to perform all manual and technical operations and deal with various aspects of diversified problems.
Follow general instructions using complex drawings, advanced shop mathematics and precision measuring tools to carry out tasks in assigned area.
US Citizenship
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

Job Type:

Full-time, Contract
Rotating shifts, including nights, to support production requirements.

Essential Job Functions

Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain and manipulate data.
Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.
Work Environment : FAR Part 145 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
