About the Role We are seeking experienced Flight Paramedics to join a dedicated air medical transport team in Modesto, CA . In this critical role, you’ll provide advanced pre-hospital care and rapid response during air and ground transports. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during air and ground transports.
• Document accurate and detailed information for patient care and billing purposes.
• Collaborate with management, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Enhance expertise through mandatory meetings, skill labs, and clinical rotations.
• Maintain compliance with certifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• Active Paramedic Certification : Valid in the state of California.
• Field Experience : Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in a busy 911/pre-hospital service.
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
• Specialized Credentials : FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
• Physical Requirements : Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field and instructor certifications.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay : Hourly rates between $19.46–$23.93, with annual earnings potential of $66,000–$81,170.
• Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 (available through January 31, 2025).
• Additional Incentives : Shift bonuses, annual safety bonuses, and a hard-to-staff bonus of up to 25 of base pay.
