Tasks

Checking sustainability documents from fuel suppliers
Performing data entry into the Fuel IT system
Improving processes for data handling and reducing turnaround time per transaction
Analyzing data quality issues (e.g., missing fuel tickets, incorrect data)
Preparing Excel and Powerpoint reports
Supporting Fuel team in everyday tasks and challenges

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Are you a student (preferably Logistics etc.) looking to gain valuable experience? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with:

Analytical skills - working with numbers, preparing reports and analyses is your cup of tea!
Good command of English (min. B2 level)
German language skills will be very welcomed but are not necessary
Good command of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Diligent and precise working habit
Time & task management
Communication skills
Team player
Availability at least 20 hours per week
