Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Internal controller in finance (f/m) based in Marignane, France.

Your challenges:You will contribute to the following main activities:
Compliance/ Improvement
Provide professional support to senior management on the resolution of business problems by identifying recommendations that are practical and accepted by the business;
Develop recommendations and solutions regarding audit findings (external and internal);
Track the implementation and completion of adequate corrective actions;
Challenge the business on the way things are done with identify best practice;
Assess the effectiveness of risk management in the areas being reviewed;
Identify the best practice and develop in feedback meetings with operational management.
General Consolidation & financial reporting:
Improve the subsidiaries&39; financial statements and Division financial statements to ensure fair presentation of Consolidated Financial Statements according to IFRS Gaap;
Take part in the preparation of CFO KPIs and quarterly presentations as well as IFRS topics occurring within AH Division.
Responsible for issuing monthly Airbus Helicopters Division financial of FACTS&43; data packages, consolidated Financials & related external reporting, and adoption of new standards and inter-company accounting, financial reporting into Airbus consolidation system.
Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain and protect company assets.
This role would involve travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Your profile:We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
5 to 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting;
Ability to articulate and document key accounting processes and controls in a clear and concise manner;
Strong interpersonal skills, including training and coaching of staff;
Continuous improvement mindset;
Experience of interacting with internal and external audit teams;
Detailed understanding of Internal Financial Control Standards and knowledge of IFRS;
Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels, from different locations and backgrounds;
Knowledge of SAP;
Occasional business trips can be required
Language skills:
English: fluent
French: advance
