Schedule: Monday–Friday 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 9x80 schedule)
Pay Rate: $38 to $48 per hour

As a Support Engineering Data Specialist, you’ll bridge engineering design and real-world maintenance—transforming complex data into actionable insights that keep aerospace operations running smoothly. Your expertise will directly support the performance, reliability, and longevity of advanced aircraft systems.
What You’ll DoIn this dynamic role, you will:
Analyze engineering designs and modifications to define maintenance and repair requirements
Develop and apply fault isolation procedures and troubleshooting techniques
Create system theory documentation to ensure consistent understanding across teams
Validate maintenance and repair data through detailed engineering analysis
Develop and review logistics support documentation, including:
Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP)
Product Support Analysis Plans (PSAP)
Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD)
Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Provide technical solutions to customers and evaluate maintenance operations
Build procedures that empower users to effectively maintain and repair products
Collaborate with engineering, program management, and cross-functional teams
Lead or participate in working group meetings (virtual and in-person)
Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers
Manage work within budget and schedule constraints
Travel up to 10 for program support and site visits
What You BringRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in one or more areas: Power Plant, Avionics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental systems
1–2 years working with aircraft technical manuals, Technical Orders (TO), or equivalent systems
Ability to interpret engineering data and apply it to aircraft maintenance practices
Experience supporting military aircraft maintenance using Technical Orders
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), GEIA-STD-0007, or MIL-HDBK-502A
Familiarity with LSA tools such as Slicwave, EAGLE, Powerlog, or Compass
Background in aircraft maintenance planning, including manuals, drawings, and wiring diagrams
Experience in commercial or military airworthiness certification or system integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand cross-functional impacts
Experience with cost account or project engineering management
Aircraft platform experience such as B-52 Bomber or AWACS

Pay Details: $38.00 to $48.00 per hour
