As the Supplier Quality Engineer, you will support vendor quality opportunities, build strong working team relationship, lead structured problem-solving activities, travel onsite to work with vendors, build report, hold regular communication/accountability meetings on top quality opportunities: new vendor qualification, new process qualification, process improvement activities, and support quality functions through eNMS, SPS, eCAV as needed.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
- Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development
- Supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline
- Use prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/ strategy
- Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered
- Provide informal guidance to new team members
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
- Impact projects, processes and procedures in own field

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of quality and/or quality manufacturing experience)
- At least 3 years of supplier quality engineering and/or quality manufacturing experience
