What are your contributions to the team?
- Implement tools that favor the continuous evaluation of operational personnel.
- Maintain documentation of processes required for continuous improvement.
- Manage monitoring and control tools for key performance indicators.
- Maintain effective communication with operations leaders and multidisciplinary team.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have bachelor´s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or related career.
- You have the knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.
- You have knowledge in MS office, Power BI, intermediate excel (design and programming of Macros).
- You have skills to lead Kaizen sessions.
