Are you an experienced Senior Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer looking to make a difference in cutting-edge technology? As a Senior Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer, youll be at the forefront of developing and refining processes for MEMS inertial, pressure, and magnetic sensors. This is a pivotal role where you’ll help shape the future of manufacturing and sensor technologies that power industries around the globe.
What You’ll Do:

Process Design & Optimization: Lead the design, testing, and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes to support MEMS sensors.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze yield and performance data, identify trends, and drive improvements in product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Problem Solving: Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and CAMP methodologies to solve complex manufacturing issues and implement solutions.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide support for new product development and manufacturing improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Implement cost reduction, cycle time improvements, and process innovations to ensure the highest product quality and manufacturing throughput.
Support Manufacturing Operations: Provide hands-on support for daily production and drive long-term improvements for increased producibility.

What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
5+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MEMS sensors, pressure, and magnetic sensor manufacturing.
Familiarity with cleanroom environments and statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, SAS).
Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead process improvement initiatives.

Pay Details: $60.00 per hour
