Job Description:

• Inventory Operations: Receives, stores, issues, generate repair orders, and ships tooling per RSM procedures; performs updates in Qunatum inventory application.

• Inventory Accuracy: Ensures tooling and equipment inventory, location, and serviceability is accurate at all times.

• Fulfillment: Ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of requisitioned tools to line, hangar, and project events across multiple sites.

• Calibration Monitoring: Maintains FEAM tooling calibration program for assigned aircraft tooling inventory.

• Technical Package Review: Work closely with internal operations stakeholders to review tooling requirements and support overall production schedules.

• Tooling Kits: Works with internal stakeholders to build and maintain tooling kits as required.

• Maintain Inventory: Complete missing tooling and beyond economic repair (BER) reports as necessary; request new or replacement tools as applicable.

• Supplier Interaction: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key tooling suppliers to ensure quality, and service level performance.

• Risk Management: Updates tool and inventory reports for assigned tooling inventories in local and enterprise reposting systems.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal customers and stakeholders to develop requirements and requests for quotes or proposals.

• Other Related Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Material Operations Manager.

Basic Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• 2+ years’ direct experience in aerospace materials handling including aircraft tooling.

• Must possess technical acumen and a highly accountable demeanor.

• Experience maintaining technical records.

• Ability to understand and follow procedures with a compliance mindset.

• Must possess a positive attitude and standard of integrity.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and technical ERP systems (experience with Quantum is a plus).
