PURPOSE
Support the quality assurance team in testing products and projects in accordance with established processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting project teams in the installation and commissioning of systems (check-in kiosks, self-bag drop kiosks, secure gates, Biometric systems, Payment Systems, ).
- Installation and administration of the required test systems.
- Creation of test specifications and test reports for internal and external purposes.
- Performing and documenting tests of our various applications for automated passenger processing.
- Performing error analyses and recording any problems found in a ticket system.
- Working closely with the responsible development team to quickly resolve any problems found.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or completed degree in computer science, or equivalent vocational training
CORE COMPETENCIES- High motivation and good teamwork and communication skills
- Initiative, the ability and willingness to work independently, and creativity
- Logical thinking and abstract reasoning skills
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and networks desirable
- German (C1) and English (B1) language skills are required
