Jira Business Administrator

Tasks

At one of our business units related to travel management solutions we are implementing Jira starting from 2025. To manage Jira effectively from a business perspective, the role of a Business Admin is required.

a strong understanding of the processes managed within Jira
the Agile methodologies being applied, and related areas
additionally, the admin should advise on how processes can be optimized using Jira.

Requirements

University Degree in ICT related fields
Knowledge about Jira, preferable experience in Jira configurations and/or development.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies, preferable Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Nice to have: knowledge about the Travel Management Solutions Processes
Business English
