Job overview and responsibilities
The Associate Human Resources Analyst is responsible for supporting the operational and strategic functions of Human Resources department, such as data collection and analysis, employee´s benefits administration, employee personal files management, recruiting and termination processes, policy development and application. This professional acts as a point of contact for employees, ensuring that HR processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with labor law standards.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information such as contracts, job changes, personal data and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company regulations
- Assist in creating and updating human resources policies and procedures and providing support and guidance to employees regarding these procedures
- Support on resolving conflicts and issues related to the work environment
- Collect and analyze data related to human resources, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on HR metrics and improvement needs
- Promote the relationship with HR service providers and vendors
- Evaluate and recommend improvements in the services provided by external partners
- Support the admission and dismissal processes, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
Unless subject to a collective bargaining agreement in the country to which an employee is being transferred; the employee retains their original date of employment and company seniority in the new country. Upon transfer, the employee is removed from payroll and benefits in former country and appropriately placed in the salary range and payroll / benefits systems of the new country.
Human Resources will assist with the terms and conditions of employment in light of labor agreements, collective agreements, country work rules and labor laws. In the new country, the employee is reinstated using the same employee id, date of employment and company seniority dates.
