The HR Coordinator conducts and manages onboarding and administrative recruiting in a professional and confidential manner. This position entails providing support in a wide variety of areas including but not limited to all tasks relating to employee onboarding, performance management, administration of a compliant Drug & Alcohol Program, and Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA) of 1996.
A successful individual will possess a positive attitude, un-questionable integrity, excellent customer service and be extremely detail oriented. In addition, be able to demonstrate ability to learn new material and software packages quickly as well as a strong commitment to process driven outcomes and the ability to work with sensitive, confidential information. This position reports to the HR Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Recruiting of all administrative positions as well as flight and operations positions.
- Ability to efficiently review and analyze resumes to select the best candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct and manage processes for pre-onboarding, onboarding, and new hire experience.
- Accomplishes all employee onboarding to include, background checks, badging, PRIA and Drug testing if applicable.
- Communicate with the new hires for timely and accurate onboarding paperwork completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments on new hire status.
- Track and update performance reviews.
- Maintains and manages employees and vendor badging program.
- Maintains and manages the Random Drug & Alcohol Program
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor•s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
