ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
SITA Prague is seeking recent graduates to join our SkyStar Program within the People Team initially for a one-year contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
In this entry-level position, you will support People-related initiatives for Germany under the supervision of the People Country Manager. You will engage in a variety of operational tasks and collaborate with Works Councils in Germany all within a dynamic, fast-paced global community:

Empowered People, Reinventing Travel
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work on individual projects for the further development and standardization of HR processes
- Train and provide support for requests from the works councils in Germany in cooperation with the People Country Manager β including gathering information and consulting with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with People Operations team to support with regular tasks such as pre-onboarding and off-boarding activities.
- Learn to use the HR System and update employee records
- Maintenance and updating of the Time Control System
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, with a focus on HR
- At least 6 months HR internship or professional experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- You are fluent in German
- Knowledge of German labor law is an advantage
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills
