Facilities and Administrative Employee (20-24 hours)
Bristow Netherlands is seeking a Facilities and Administrative Employee to support our operations at the Den Helder base. This role combines facilities management with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our base and a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and administrative support
Handle phone communications, welcome visitors, and manage visitor registration.
Organize meetings and events, including preparing meeting rooms.
Manage correspondence, airport pass and tag registers, and vendor onboarding in SAP.
Track costs (meals, waste, travel) and create detailed reports with graphs.
Oversee inventory and office supply orders.
Facilities and Maintenance
Ensure the building’s cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
Coordinate cleaning, laundry, and repairs with contractors.
Monitor utilities (water, gas, electricity) and generate monthly usage reports.
Manage crew food orders and address maintenance issues promptly.
Travel, Training, and Accounts
Coordinate travel bookings, maintain a car registry, and track costs.
Assist with crew training bookings and training administration.
Code invoices, oversee the approval process, and resolve vendor issues.
Safety and Compliance
Conduct monthly safety rounds and inspections, addressing defects.
Assist with safety compliance tasks, including BMI checks and contractor coordination
Qualifications
MBO-level education or equivalent.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
